KOLON SPORT, an outdoor brand of the KOLON Industries FnC Organization (KOLON FnC), is launching mid-length down jackets "Uplight" and "Cwtch-Down." Mid-down is a product category that can be practically worn throughout the winter with a thickness between light down and heavy down. KOLON SPORT is introducing mid-down products that can be worn lightly in line with the recent winter trend in which extreme cold events become less frequent. Uplight and Cwtch-Down are the first mid-down products of KOLON SPORT.
Uplight, a down item with a vertical quilted design, consists of "Uplight 360," a short-length reversible jacket with fleece lining, and knee-length "Uplight Coat." Uplight Coat is a warm coat-design product, whose vertical quilting gives a unique charm. The neckline is designed with a standing collar and eco fur lining to add warmth and a feminine mood. A detachable waist belt can also be used to create a slim fit. Uplight 360 has vertical quilting and fleece design on both sides for reversible use. The woven vertical quilted side is perfect for a snowy or rainy day, while the fleece side is ideal for casual styling.
Cwtch-Down minimizes down leakage by using a welding technique that applies heat and pressure to join fabrics, making it a seamless design. In addition, carbon print lining is applied to improve heat retention and antistatic function. This mid-length down covering the buttocks provides both functionality and an attractive silhouette with a zipper detail on the sideline that makes dressing and undressing easier. The women's jacket comes with a belt that can be used for a slim look or an outdoor mood.
